A. da. aQuality and classification of Conilon coffee.h[electronic resource] c2019 aThe search for quality is one of the main concerns in the various productive segments in Brazil, and particularly in the conilon coffee production chain, where great attention has also been giving in order to obtain a coffee that is compatible with the contemporary market demands. The results obtained so far characterize very signif?icant advances in the product quality and have given it an increasingly important presence in the different forms of coffee consumption around the world (FERRAO et al., 2013; SILVA; MORELLI; VERDIN FILHO, 2015). The necessary care for the production of quality coffees, whether arabica or conilon, begins even before planting, when choosing the most appropriate areas for cultivation, def?ining the cultivar, the cultivation system, and the planting and management operations.
