Tecsocial, uma estratégia interinstitucional foi implantada, por meio de articulações junto à administração pública municipal, técnicos e produtores, a fim de discutir e adequar as leis vigentes. Assim, espera-se que por meio de seus serviços sanitários, atuem de forma competente e organizada, minimizando o gargalo do processo de comercialização dos produtos da agricultura familiar. Essa estratégia interinstitucional foi adequada e reaplicada nos municípios oportunizando a transformação social do meio rural tendo como resultado a criação de leis municipais sanitárias em três municípios e a modificação na redação dessas leis em outros seis municípios. Based on the need to clarify food sanitary questions to regularize the production of processed foods by family farms and licensing of small rural agro-industries in the area of operation of the Project Structuring and Strengthening Family Agriculture Productive Sectors North Espírito Santo - Tecsocial an institutional strategy was implemented. The methodology consisted of joint meetings with the presence of the municipal government, technicians and producers to discuss and adequacy of existing laws.
